Working with individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Emilie Banasiak of Hamilton Relay/Relay Iowa and Dylan Heuer of Telecommunications Access Iowa will present on how to use relay services when working with someone who is deaf or hard of hearing. Interpretation services will be provided during this training as well.
