This is a reminder about the next session of the CHW Learning & Network Collaborative, taking place: Wednesday, April 29 | 2:30 – 4:00 PM CST
This training session will focus on Information and Referral Resources and Navigation Strategies., led by Ernesta Martinez, Lead Hub Navigator from Iowa Community Hub.
CHW Learning & Network Collaborative
With partnership funding from Molina Cares, HealthTeamWorks launched the CHW Learning & Network Collaborative to create a space for Iowa CHWs to connect, learn, and support one another.
Audience: These sessions are intended for Iowa Community Health Workers and those in similar front-line roles. CHW supervisors and partners are welcome to attend, with the understanding that the primary focus is on supporting CHWs.
Cost: Participation is free.
