Hour One will cover basics of substitute decision making and alternatives to guardianship with a goal to expand the audience’s knowledge of powers of attorney and other alternatives to guardianship.

Hour Two will cover what a guardianship is and when it is appropriate with the goal being to learn about guardianship and conservatorship and recent law changes.
